State of Being

Simplicity.
Neutrality.
Re-imagining.

We will not use fossil fuels.
Solar energy used for heating water, stoves, and one outlet for general purposes. Internet is a goal but may not be possible (at least at first).

Inhabitants will all have their own farms or shared farms, as they see fit.
No tractors will be used in farms, as each farm will be alive with biodiversity, which will make plants much less susceptible to pests making organic farming economical. All compostable material (human manure, food scraps, etcetera) will be down cycled into nutrient rich soil. No till methods will be used to keep the functioning eco-system of soil intact and provide nutritious soil.

The consumers of goods are the producers, in order to reach an equilibrium between worker, consumer, and environment: the workers give themselves good conditions, the consumers receive precisely the quality product the wanted, and the environmental efficiency is considered and worked with in the creation of the good.
Goods are distributed to need, individuals express authority over themselves and constantly distribute goods in their "possession" according to need. (Gift economy, mutual aid)

A social autonomy would hopefully exist where people act according to their will and their will is peaceful, respectful, and constructive. Inhabitants will be aware of the responsibility it is to live life and try to live it to its fullest.

The location of the State of Being would ideally be in an equatorial climate where many different and diverse crops could exist. Bamboo and Hemp would be grown industrially (as well as for their nutrition as food). Livestock wouldn't be raised for they consume much land, but loose chickens could be raised for eating if individuals desired, and occasional fishing (to keep it sustainable) could also be possible.

Basically anything is "allowed" as long as it is peaceful, and sustainable.
People should feel that their authority extends only over them self, and simultaneously take into consideration that their action should be positive or neutral to the community and environment.

We feel that those who have the compatible attitude required for an experiment will be those who want to partake.
Currently the island Geraldo Island of the coast of Brazil is the ideal future location of the State of Being. It is on the market for about one million US dollars. It is 2,714 acres large, which is large enough for roughly 100 people, but ideally we could start with less. The total startup cost would probably run somewhere between 1.5-5 million, which with 100 inhabitants would require an average of 15,000-50,000 dollars per person. Ideally, each inhabitant will pay what they can and we will reach enough.
